  3. Check Freon level and bring to appropriate level at no charge.
  4. Check Blower Motor and Blower Wheel for proper system operation.
  5. Clean and/or change filters on average size filter.*
  6. Balance the Fan Blade.
  7. Check A-Coil and drain (if accessible)

*If have to special order filter, there may be an extra charge.

Indoor Heating Unit (Fall Check-up)

  1. Check for and remove Rust.
  2. Check for Flame and relight if needed.
  3. Check limits and writing to ensure proper operation.
  4. Check for gas leaks and take proper measures to get repaired.
  5. Check Exhaust Vent for proper ventilation.
  6. Perform Carbon Monoxide Test.
